What Fuels Team Week Planner?

Finding out who else goes for early morning runs, the stories behind the stickers on their water bottle, and who read the best trashy airport book all go a long way towards establishing meaningful connections. Having these connections when hopping on the Monday morning team call or presenting results to the board at a quarterly meeting demonstrates the value of the offsites we love to coordinate. We want to continue finding ways to connect others with life-changing moments, those so-called ah-ha moments.

Those ah-ha moments might be:

  • When you arrive at your destination and have that awkward ice-breaking moment of meeting your coworker in person for the first time, but after the experience, you have a newfound perspective on them.
  • Creating memories by conquering fears and seeing each other in a vulnerable light.
  • When they are encouraged to travel, be out of their comfort zone, and experience the big-big world that you and I want to share with everyone!

We want to be a part of building those moments.

Testimonial

"Numerous startups underestimate the time required to organize offsite events. Brehanna managed to streamline the nuances and time-consuming details, allowing us to concentrate on company growth. Just like us, she recognized the importance of uniting our remote team for face-to-face interactions."

About me

“I look forward to the opportunity to leverage my events, nonprofit, and tech experience, along with my passion for entrepreneurs, as your team’s offsite planner. I am eager to be an extension of your team aligning my passion for relationships and entrepreneurial spirit with yours. I am an avid traveler myself and have lived abroad for nearly two years. I have spent time in Mexico City, Lisbon, Medellin, Cape Town, and Madrid and I can’t wait to introduce you to these and many of my other favorite cities.

I am eager to share what I love doing — cultivating experiences.

I have enjoyed my adventures so much that I became a travel agent through Fora Travel. I have planned hundreds of notable end-to-end events, off-sites and conferences for the past 10+ years.

My soul has a spark when I am exploring, finding the best-hidden restaurants, and getting lost in the streets of unknown cities. My passion is working with small to medium sized companies in the startup and VC space to help you create an unforgettable team experience.“

Brush Stroke

Our focus is to plan annual meetings, retreats, offsites, all hands, and team weeks for remote first startups, VCs and small-midsized companies.

Things to Know

Bring 1-2 people max from your side to the intro meeting. Try to bring people who really understand the goals of the retreat.

Is your team more than 20 people? No worries -- let’s talk and plan something epic!

Recommendations take around 1-2 weeks based on how fast you give feedback on the vendors. We can usually get the recommendations in a week. If the feedback cycle takes longer, it might stretch it into the 3rd or 4th week.

We require payment upfront.

I've been burned before by companies skipping out on payment, so this is now our policy (unfortunately).

We can book flights, tours, and activities, and/or be present on-site for an additional fee.
